Team Profiles Mark Goldberg
Mark has extensive experience in the advertising industry as well as Real Estate Development. His expertise is assisting Clients on determining the optimal conditions for the market entry and commercial positioning of their businesses.
His particular skills are in managing complex projects, from conception to delivery, whilst maintaining high levels of Client liaison. He is well positioned to assist companies looking to enter the market in South Africa and sourcing the appropriate commercial partners to provide best value through strategic partnerships Ryan Harris
Ryan then entered the water treatment industry where he has been extremely successful for the past 25 years. He has operated primarily in the potable and industrial water treatment sector, the sugar industry and in very specific segments of the paint and coatings industry and the road surfacing industry. Ryan has also owned a chemical company that produced potable water flocculants and designed and built potable water treatment plants. Ryan is highly regarded as an accomplished and knowledgeable professional in these industries. Ryan has an extensive network of business contacts and Clients across Africa where he has successfully operated for the last 25 years. Ryan is currently Sales and Marketing Director of ORM Import and Export as well as Terre Rouge Trading Ltd in Mauritius. Brenda Stern
Brenda obtained a Master's Degree in International Business Law from University College London (UCL). She was then recruited to establish a Public Policy Unit at BLP (Berwin Leighton Paisner). The PPU focused on providing corporate Clients with advice as to the regulatory framework that governed their businesses and industries, as well as assisting Clients to make representations to Government in respect of proposed changes in legislation, at both a British and a European level. In 2002 Brenda was named as one of the UK's Top 100 Lawyers. While in London Brenda established the Private Sector Directorate at the then Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) and was then seconded to the London Development Agency as Executive Director Diversity Works In 2010 Brenda returned to South Africa where she has continued to provide Clients with strategic advice on establishing and conducting business within the South African legislative and cultural framework. Her significant network of corporate and political contacts assists Clients in negotiating the cultural and legislative landscapes of South Africa. |
